Cure From Separation

There are different ways in which your dog appears to be socially anxi ous. Among these are insistent barking, diarrhea, digging, howling, vomiting, panic attacks, whining, licking, rude behavior, chewing, and too much salivating.
In order for you to train your dog not to be with you always, here are a couple of tips and reminders for you to follow.

Always guarantee to your dog that your dog is always comfortable and at ease, even when you are not beside him. Always prepare his food and water anda warm bed for your dog to sleep in.
Just like an average person, make sure that your dog is fully exercised. When you are with your dog, run with him or take him out for walks. This will teach your dog the value of obedience.

Always supply your dogs with lots of play things to play or chew with. Always feed your dog before you leave the house. If you have the radio turned on when you are with your dog, for example, leave it on when you are away – this way you are assuring your dog that you are still there with him, even if you are physically away.
Teach your dog some cue words. Words such as bark, sit, relax, eat and others may help you cure separation anxiety your dog may be suffering.

Teach your dog to be independent. You can do this by leaving your dog alone – in his bed, outside – even when you are there with him. This way, even when you are out of the house, your dog may not truly miss you.
